Last week The House of Representatives passed “Child Care is Essential Act” & “Child Care for Economic Recovery Act”. However, that does not guarantee anything in those packages coming to fruition. The Senate, The House, and The White House are in currently in negotiations about what any final relief package will look like. Congresswomen Katherine Clark and other Representatives signed onto a letter to House and Senate leadership urging them to include “Child Care is Essential Act” & “Child Care for Economic Recovery Act” in the final relief package.
