The Boston School Committee Wednesday night selected former Minnesota education commissioner Brenda Cassellius to be next Boston Schools Superintendent.

Judging by her twitter account, new Superintendent Dr. Brenda Cassellius has a long track record of supporting early childhood education. She has frequently promoted and celebrated early childhood education on her Twitter. On more than one tweet she  suggested using money designated for standardized tests to help fund PreK.
