Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is one is the stars of the incoming class of representatives to the house. Yesterday she tweeted her support for Universal Access to Pre-K instead wall funding.

On her campaign website Women’s Rights section she has previously stated her support for “paid family leave, access to affordable childcare“

It will be interesting to see which members of the House of Representatives freshman class will be the strongest supporters of early childhood educaition.
